In 2007 I started to recycle the "Spike Hall" in Budapest;
I first leased the property to Universal Pictures and MidAtlantic for the filming of the American super-production HELLBOY II, then in 2008, my company won a tender from the Hungarian National Asset Management Company for a major real estate development for a conference and events centre called Atlantis Congress & Events Hall, but the project was interrupted by the global economic crisis in the autumn of 2008...
