I would start a brand new coffee service and brand that is not yet present in Hungary, and I plan to find more prominent locations in Budapest suitable for this type of coffee ceremony, and to collaborate with existing catering establishments.

The service - coffee roasting and brewing - will be done by Ethiopian ladies. The coffee bean supply partner is also the owner of one of Addis Abbaba's largest travel agencies and has successfully run similar Ethiopian cafés in Australia.

I would also like to start this business as a bit of a "love project", because I was out in Ethiopia a couple of years ago and I personally experienced and I've been out there a few times and I've experienced coffee like no other.
